Welcome, dear journeyer
As the dust settles from your weary feet, the air softens,
and the world around you quiets — just enough for you to hear your own voice again.

This is your gentle refuge.
A place to slow down, breathe deeper, and arrive fully — just as you are.
I’m here to hold quiet, loving space for your unfolding,
to witness your return to the resilience and wisdom already within you.
Welcome home.

Hi, I'm Miya
Hi, I’m Miya,
I came to this work through my own lived experience — years of carrying the invisible weight of childhood PTSD.
For a long time, I was searching. Traveling across continents, trying every method I could find, hoping that something would finally bring peace. In truth, I was running — running from an ache that never quite released.
Over time, my outward searching turned inward. I slowed down enough to feel what I had been carrying for years.
I began listening to my body, my nervous system, the parts of me that had never truly been met.
And this time, I stayed.
That changed everything — not dramatically, not all at once — but steadily, from the inside out.
Through years of trial and error in my own healing, I came to understand that healing looks very different for people who have lived with complex trauma. It isn’t about a single modality. It’s about building a structure that moves at the right pace for each individual — one that supports the nervous system rather than overwhelms it.
This is the space I now hold for others:
Grounded in nervous system regulation and deep inner presence. I support you in finding your own healing pace and building a structure that works for you, so resilience can grow naturally, from the inside out.
You may have started this journey on your own.
But you don’t have to walk it alone anymore.
I’m here — walking right beside you.
